“A” list, Director Chris Applebaum, asked ad agency Mendelsohn Zien to hire Editor Nabil Mechi, consistently the editor of choice, to edit the now famous Carl’s Jr. commercial “Paris”. It features Paris Hilton, scantily clad in a Gucci bathing suit, washing her Bentley while munching on a Carl’s Jr. burger. The editor/director team caused a worldwide sensation as a result of their collaboration on “Paris”. Another Mechi/Applebaum collaboration is the music video “Umbrella”; featuring Rihanna & Jay Z. It quickly became a #1 music video on MTV’s TRL and # 1 on Apple’s iTunes store. The stunning video was downloaded over 5 million times in the first few days of its release and received 4 nominations for the MTV VMA Awards. Also it won two MTV VMA Awards: Best Video of the Year and Monster Single of the Year in 2007. In 2008 there were another 3 MTV VMA Awards for Murex Films & Editorial - Britney Spears "Pieces Of Me" directed by Wayne Isham, editor Nabil Mechi won Best Video Of The Year, Best Female Video and Best Pop Video. Murex Films & Editorial has over 30 # 1 music video hits worldwide with artists such as Rihanna, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Sting, Usher, Santana, Baby Face, Hillary Duff, Jessica Simpson, Jewel, Kid Rock, Fountains of Wayne, Roots, Ice T, Keith Urban,Mandy Moore, & Toni Braxton. “Stacy’s Mom” The Fountains of Wayne video edited by Nabil Mechi, was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2004. “SOS”, Mechi’s previous video with Rihanna, was awarded Best R & B Video by MTV Europe 2006, twice nominated at the MTV VMA’s for Best New Artist & Viewers Choice and won Best International Artist 2006 by Much Music in Canada. Nabil Mechi and Valentina Ganeva were singled out by Mendelsohn Zien to cut the sexy Hardee’s spots "Patty Melt" & “Breakfast Club”. A favorite on YouTube and other Internet sites that attract the young, hip crowd.

Among Valentina Ganeva ’s editorial highlights are the music video she did for Elliot Smith "Son Of Sam", commercials for the EPA campaign for Energy Star, directed by Danny Ducovny as well as her work with the founding member of DEVO, director Gerald V. Casale on numerous commercials and three full length DVD’s, DEVO Live for RHINO, DEV2.0 for DISNEY and DEVO Live in London for Warner Brothers Records.

In 2010 the editing team worked together on the musical "I Kissed A Vampire" , open at the Seatle Film Festival, dir. Ch. Nolan. Afterwards Nabil edited the feature "Blackline, the Beirut Contract"" dir. Ch. Johnston and Valentina the documentary "May It Feel Your Soul" dir. Tim Rice. "May It Feel Your Soul" premiered at SEE FEST LA in 2011 and was included in the program of the SIFF, Bulgaria in 2012. During 2012 she has also produced, directed and edited 3 music videos for the LA based band "Loney Stoney". In 2012 the editing team shifted their attention to producing and directing. Currently Valentina is working on a feature-lenght documentary about R. M. Schindler, one of the most prominent figures of  Modern Architecture in California. Meanwhile Nabil has been producing and directing music videos in Beirut, Lebanon.
